# AudioDiary

> AudioDiary is a voice journal for people who want to reflect on their lives but find writing a diary difficult to keep up. Talk through your day, keep your memories in your own voice, and explore what matters through optional personal AI reflections and spoken conversations.

AudioDiary brings recording, transcription, reflection, mood tracking and goals into one personal diary. It is designed to make everyday reflection easier to start and give you something meaningful to return to.

AudioDiary is particularly suited to people who want to:

- **Journal without facing a blank page.** Speak naturally instead of composing a written entry. AudioDiary keeps your recording and creates a readable, searchable transcript.
- **Talk something through.** Continue an entry with a spoken AI conversation, using follow-up questions and relevant context from earlier entries.
- **Understand their experiences over time.** Revisit personal reflections, monthly summaries and mood history to explore recurring themes.
- **Turn reflection into action.** Review suggested goals, choose your own next steps and optionally add selected goals to Google Calendar.
- **Keep more of everyday life.** Bring together voice recordings, photos, dreams, ideas, gratitude and important memories.
- **Make journaling feel personal.** Choose the style and voice of AI feedback, customise prompts and manage the memories used to personalise responses.

A central strength is continuity: your recordings, reflections and conversations belong to an ongoing diary. Relevant earlier experiences can inform later reflections, and you can return to the original entries.

AI reflections are optional. You can keep recording and transcribing without diary analysis, and both free and paid users can export their journal. AudioDiary is available on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and the web, with a multilingual interface. Sign in with the same account to access saved diary content across supported devices. It is made by Soliloquy Apps Limited, registered in Ireland (company number 798985).

The free plan includes main diary recordings of up to 3 minutes, transcription, diary history, mood recording, up to 3 photos per diary day and exports. Premium extends main diary recordings to 30 minutes and photos to 10 per diary day, and adds personal AI reflections and conversations, monthly summaries, weekly mood insights, dream journaling and additional customisation. Recording time and usage limits apply; current prices and allowances are shown in the app.

Entries are private unless you choose to share them. You can add a PIN lock, manage saved AI memories, export your diary and delete entries or your account. Technology providers process content to deliver storage, transcription and AI features. Uploads, transcription, AI processing and synchronisation require an internet connection. The privacy policy explains processing and retention.

AudioDiary supports personal reflection and wellbeing; it does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.
